Seal Point Park along the expanding San Mateo Bay is arguably one of the little less known gems of San Mateo. It is an artificially built plastic paradise where locals and Silicon Valleyans come around to enjoy the remaining streak of sunlight after long hours spent inside the office spaces.
All in all, my visit to this small park today was filled with excitement and new discovery – a tiny journey that offered me an opportunity to see more of San Mateo’s interesting faces.
The land appears rather barren with absolutely no sign of vegetation. Solid ground of this place makes it perfect training spot for runners.
